Clinically trained coach for life change.

Clinically trained psychologist & resilient mom guiding your reinvention with science-backed empathy.

I’m Andrea, a clinically trained psychologist (licensed in the EU) who now works as a life coach. For over a decade, I’ve helped people navigate anxiety, burnout, big life transitions, and identity shifts with compassion, depth, and clarity.

My approach blends the insight of psychology with the forward movement of coaching. I draw from trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and strengths-based tools to support your emotional growth and long-term wellbeing.

As a divorced mother of three, I know what it’s like to rebuild from the inside out. I bring both professional expertise and real-life understanding into every session so you feel seen, supported, and genuinely understood.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply at a crossroads, this space is here for you to explore, reflect, and move forward with purpose.

Quick Questions

  • My methodology integrates cognitive, behavioral, relational, and systems-based principles, delivered through the lens of coaching: Present-focused, and future-directed.

  • 45 minutes per session aprox.

  • If you’re feeling stuck, going through a big life change, or struggling with self-doubt, coaching can help you move forward. Unlike therapy, coaching is future-focused. I’ll help you clarify your goals, uncover what’s holding you back, and take actionable steps, all while supporting your emotional wellbeing.

  • Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching focuses on creating your future. While my clinical background allows me to understand emotional depth, coaching with me is more collaborative, strategic, and solution-oriented designed to move you forward with purpose.

5 Things About Me

I’ve always been the one people open up to.

My friends come to me when they’re navigating relationships, parenthood, dating, or just need a non-judgmental space to land. Holding space for others isn’t just what I do, it's who I am.

Happiness is a journey, not a destination.

I learned this the hard way. Happiness isn’t about perfect moments or escaping worries. It’s about appreciating the small, beautiful parts of life even when sadness, loss, and uncertainty are near. This balance is something we all share, and embracing it brings true peace.

Quality over quantity.

Ten years ago, I believed I needed as many friends as possible to feel fulfilled. Now I know that life brings people in and out for a reason and only a few are meant to stay for the long run.  Sometimes, even after years apart, people come back into your life exactly when they’re meant to. That’s the magic of meaningful relationships.

My divorce was the most painful and transformative experience of my life. It taught me that it’s possible to start over, even when you feel broken by betrayal. That growth now fuels how I support others through big transitions.

Reinvention is real.

Nature + music = my reset button.

When I need to reconnect with myself, you’ll find me out walking in nature with Latin music in my ears. It’s how I return to joy, rhythm, and clarity.
